Payment Terms

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is required at the time of enrolment unless other arrangements are made.
Payments are processed through secure third-party providers.
I reserve the right to change prices with reasonable notice.

Course Enrolment and Access

You must provide accurate information when enrolling.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
One registration per person unless otherwise specified.
Course access is non-transferable and remains my intellectual property.
Content is for your personal or business use only.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Your Cancellations:

Courses: Full refund within 7 days of purchase if no content has been accessed.
Coaching/Mentoring: 48 hours' notice required for cancellations to avoid charges.
Digital Products: No refunds once downloaded or accessed.

My Cancellations:

I reserve the right to cancel courses due to insufficient enrolments with full refunds provided.
Coaching sessions require 24 hours' notice to reschedule without charge.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days.

Intellectual Property

All website content, courses, materials, and resources are protected by copyright.
You receive a limited licence to use materials for your personal/business development only.
Any content you provide (feedback, testimonials) may be used for marketing purposes.

Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, I guarantee that my services will be:

Performed with reasonable care and skill.
Fit for the purpose you require them for.
Completed within a reasonable time.

If you're acquiring services for personal use, you have rights under this Act that cannot be excluded. For business use, we may agree in writing that the Consumer Guarantees Act doesn't apply.

Disclaimers and Limitations

Limitation of Liability:

To the maximum extent permitted by New Zealand law:

My liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
